These terms apply to the services and website of Miami Visions Photography.
Session details, deliverables, and pricing are agreed at booking. Deposits and payments are handled through our secure payment provider. Photographs remain our copyrighted work; clients receive the usage rights described in their collection.
Program description. When you opt in, Miami Visions Photography sends SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session and album/pickup updates, and occasional promotional offers. Messages are sent from our toll-free number, 1-888-885-4927.
How you opt in. Consent is collected in person or by phone when you register as a client and is recorded on your client profile; it is never pre-selected, and you may also opt in by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies (typically 1–6 messages per month around your session). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Help. Reply HELP for help, call (786) 372-2160, or email mark@miamivisionsphotography.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

These terms apply to both the Growing Memories Club (families) and The First Class Membership (adults and general portraits). They are the same plans, prices and rules; only the type of sessions differs.
Term and billing. The Growing Memories Club is a membership with a 12-month minimum term. Your plan price (Essential $75, Signature $100 or Premier $150) is charged to your card each month through Stripe, starting the day you join. After the first 12 months the membership renews automatically and monthly billing continues until it is cancelled.
Sessions. Essential includes 3 sessions per year, Signature 4 and Premier 6. Your first session is available when you join; the remaining sessions unlock on a fixed schedule (Essential every 4 months, Signature every 3 months, Premier every 2 months). Each session is booked with the studio and subject to availability.
Enrollment fee. At sign-up you pay a one-time enrollment fee ($228 Essential, $192 Signature, $144 Premier), which covers your first session, together with your first monthly payment, so your first payment totals $284, $276 or $282. The enrollment fee is non-refundable once your first session is booked or used.
Payments and sessions. Sessions are honored while your membership is in good standing. If a payment is past due, the membership is canceled, or a charge is disputed, new sessions are not available until the account is current. Each later session unlocks only once the payments due up to that date have been made.
Booking window. Once a session unlocks, you have 30 days to book and use it, subject to our availability. A session that is not booked within its window is forfeited. Unused sessions do not carry over to a later period or renewal term, and sessions have no cash value.
Cancellation. To cancel, contact the studio by phone, text or email ((786) 372-2160 or mark@miamivisionsphotography.com). If you cancel, stop paying, remove your payment method or dispute a charge within the first 12 months, monthly payments for the remainder of the minimum term remain due, as agreed when you joined, and we may collect them, or the value of any sessions already used at our regular price less what you have paid, through your payment method or otherwise. After the first 12 months, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
Failed payments. If a monthly payment fails we will notify you and Stripe may retry it. Sessions may be paused until the account is current.
Prices and changes. We will give you notice before any change to plan pricing takes effect for your membership. Individual session add-ons, products and printed albums are priced separately.
El Club de Recuerdos (Growing Memories Club) y la Membresía First Class (The First Class Membership) son dos membresías con los mismos planes, precios y reglas. Ambas tienen un plazo mínimo de 12 meses. El precio del plan (Essential $75, Signature $100 o Premier $150) se cobra cada mes a tu tarjeta a través de Stripe, desde el día en que te unes.
