When is the best time to schedule a maternity photoshoot in Miami?
Most expecting mothers book their maternity session between 28 and 36 weeks, when the baby bump is full and you are still comfortable posing. If you are expecting twins or have a high-risk pregnancy, book earlier and check with your doctor.
Where do you shoot maternity photos in Miami?
We shoot in our Miami studio at 2740 SW 97th Ave, Suite 103, with seamless backdrops and dramatic lighting, or on location at Miami beaches, parks and landmarks such as the Cape Florida Lighthouse in Key Biscayne. Studio sessions are weather-proof; outdoor sessions are best at golden hour.
Can my partner and family join the maternity session?
Yes. Partners, older children and even pets are welcome. We photograph solo mom-to-be portraits, couples maternity portraits and family portraits in the same session, so you leave with a mix of all three.
What should I wear to a maternity photoshoot?
Fitted, stretchy pieces that show the bump work best: a fitted dress or bodysuit, a flowing gown for outdoor light, or a simple white or black top with jeans. Solid colors photograph cleanly. We help you plan outfits when you book, and you can bring several looks.
Do you offer pregnancy announcement and newborn photos too?
Yes. We create custom pregnancy announcement photos (like custom baby-news newspapers with the sonogram and due date) and newborn and family portraits, so one photographer can capture your whole journey from announcement to arrival.
How do I get my maternity photos?
Your retouched images are delivered in a private online gallery you can download and share with family. Ask about prints and albums when you book.
